What we eat makes a huge difference to how we feel, so we have made it our mission to deliver wholesome, home cooked meals that are packed full of nutrients and leave you feeling nurtured, satisfied and strong.

All the meals, soups and bakes are delivered frozen, to go straight into your freezer. Ready for you to reheat when you need them.

How much does a Fill Your Freezer bundle cost?

Our full Fill Your Freezer bundle is £150 and includes: 8 main meals for 2 4 servings of soup 3 baked treats Everything listed on the monthly menu
Where do we deliver?

We include free delivery to addresses within 5 miles of our GL52 base. We can deliver further afield within Gloucestershire for a small fee, or you can arrange to pick up from us in Cheltenham.
Can we accommodate special dietary requirements?

Our menu is always vegetarian, and many of our main meals are gluten free. It is possible to adapt our menu further to accommodate dietary requirements, please contact us to find out if we can help.
How do I reheat the meals?

Our frozen meals are suitable for defrosting and reheating at your convenience, and some can be reheated from frozen. We provide instructions for how to reheat with your Fill Your Freezer bundle. All you need to do is add a side (of pasta, rice, bread - you choose!).
Who cooks the meals, and where?

All the food is cooked by us! Georgie & Vikki. This is why we can guarantee the quality of all our ingredients, and because we freeze our cooking there's no need for any of the preservatives often found in shop bought food and ready meals. We cook in Georgie's kitchen, which is registered and received 5 stars in our food safety inspection.
How do I book Fill Your Freezer?

Fill out the form below to book your Fill Your Freezer bundle. We can take bookings to reserve slots for future months with a £10 deposit. We only have a limited number of slots, so they do get booked up quickly!
I don't have a new baby! Is it just for postnatal families?

Not at all! We are delighted to have delivered Fill Your Freezer bundles to people with many different circumstances. Whilst we are passionate about supporting parents during postpartum, the core elements of postnatal nutrition are beneficial to us all. Focussing on warm, nourishing food packed full of nutrients, and above all, enjoyable to eat.
Can I buy a Fill Your Freezer bundle as a gift?
